They were no call no show first 2 appointments. They then called me (after I had called 3 more times) to apologize. They came out on 4/16 to do an estimate on several items including an active roof leaking thru my ceiling...emailed them over the weekend and then waited until 4/22 to call them back... left a message desperately needing the work done... after 3 more emails and 2 more voice messages left they called Friday 4/27 and said they’d be out Monday to see me... they no called no showed again. Just really unbelievable. I hate to give someone a poor review during a pandemic... but how could anyone disagree with this after my experience? Still to this day never got an estimate from the one time they came out to our Wyoming home on 4/16. Save your frustration and call someone who will show up to their own appointments.
This roofer was supposed to come to my house and cancelled twice. I left messages on his machine and he never responded. Unprofessional behavior similar to one star reviews below.
Great company, high quality roofing. Can be a bit hard to get a hold of so sometimes need to try more than once, but not as long of leadtime when I've used them.
Does not call customers back. Does not relay information to customers. Poor customer service. Does not return calls if leaving messages. Does not act quickly with insurance company and customer to help achieve repair goals in a timely manner.
The best service of any roofing company in town. If you have an emergency they will get to you as soon as possible. If you just need a repair that is what they will do. They also will access your roof with any potential problems, and explain everything, and answer any questions. They are honest, and caring people. Good pricing and Quality workmanship.
