NYC Velo Hell's Kitchen

My bike really needed a tune up, including some new parts. I was wincing at the cost (anything over a hundred is a lot for me), but when I picked it up today I felt like I was riding a brand new bike!!! It was truly amazing. Above & beyond. I’ve paid same for plenty of tune ups in the past where it was just ok after. This was so noticeable! I am so pleased. Shout out to technician Nick who worked the magic & everyone at Velo because they really know about bikes and aren’t only trying to sell you things. THANK YOU

I came here because Bicycle Habitat gave me a hard time about coming into store to shop. These people were very happy to see me, and I was equally very happy to give them my money and my business. I bought a helmet, seat post, and bicycle bell . I was out of the store in less than 6 minutes . These guys made shopping very easy for me, and the sales help was excellent. They actually answered their phone when I called them, unlike Bicycle Habitat. They may be on the west side, but I will gladly do business with them in the future.The manager was nice enough to come outside, and walk to the corner to return something I left it in the store. That’s customer service!

Amazing customer service. Called twice to find out if they had a certain bottom bracket adapter. Spoke with Sam and he was super helpful. Would definitely recommend !

I want to start by saying that the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was in for a repair and I also needed to find a new bike for my morning exercise. And they have a variety of bike equipment and tools. Great store!
