I brought my Super73 in for Some problems that I’ve had with the bike. This electric bike is really different than your average bike or even electric bike and it definitely needed some attention. The guys went above and beyond my expectations and fixed EVERYTHING i asked for AND some other minor issues. These guys made me a brand new custom arm crank too even though i literally could not find any bike shop with one! They MADE one for me to get me riding again. They changed my brakes, brake caliper, and bracket. Less than 24 hours later they were already done with my bike! These guys know what they’re doing my bike runs smooth with no issues. Im definitely coming back here for all my electric bike issues, its really hard to find even a place that would take my bike in. Literally no1 wants to but these guys with no hesitation took my bike and fixed everything so well in very short amount of time.

Avoid this place at all cost if you can and find other bike shops. Unprofessional, over-priced and bad customer service. I’ve been to this place several times hoping things will be different since it’s the closest to where I live but they always treat their customers without any respect and are rude.nnOne time they charged me $20 just to take out a tightly screwed in pedals which I wanted to replace with the parts I already had, for something that takes literally 30 seconds to do. I just didn’t have a long wrench so I had to go to this place even though I didn’t want to.
