Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Newark Liberty International Airport

Our room had a musty smell. TV had only a few channels, coffee cold. Did the sleep and fly. When we returned, we waited for the shuttle that they said left the hotel every 30 minutes starting on the hour. Called the hotel and was told the shuttle does not run from 1pm-6pm. We had to get a taxi to take us to the hotel. We have previously stayed at the hotels next door. I would recommend looking into one of those instead.

This place is absolutely my new favorite place away from home.nI was met with superb customer service from a young lady name Brittney. She held the front desk down by herself. Under lots of pressure on the busiest night of the year. She went above and beyond. Truly an impression that will last .nThe room was so nice and cozy. I booked another night.nShoutout to Brittney. Because for me customer service goes a VERY long way for me. That is something i am big on. Thank you

I was there with a Dear Friend from Dec,20th 2020- Jan,1st 2021. Even though it was during the COVID I must say that I enjoyed my stay there. All of the staff treated me well, I would say that EVERY ONE worked professionally In my eyes. I even felt at ease when it was explained to me how to get to P4 to catch the shuttle buss back to the Hotel. I hope to be back again soon. ;-)

It is a really but really good hotel, first its huge, second the front desk is genuinely easy to deal with. The check in was so fun and easy plus they give us extra lunch, it was a mini pizza but it meant a lot. Its so easy to communicate with them, the housekeeping is not pushy nor noisy plus they give breakfast

Rooms are nice , people are nice . but the tv situation sucks. If you are here for just one night no big deal . but like myself and co-workers here for weeks on end its horrible. Only get about 5 channels when it kinda works .
