SpringHill Suites by Marriott Newark Liberty International Airport

Hotel was closed for renovation but they did not inform any booking websites. I was fortunate to have a good booking website who were able to sort out the situation.

Great experience with wonderful customer service from everyone I interacted with.This hotel is close to the airport, train, and downtown Newark if you are driving. They have a 24 hour shuttle service which runs every 30 minutes. The shuttle driver Chris and the manger Chris are always great and accommodating. They also have a very good complementary breakfast in the morning. The rooms are were very clean.

Visited here twice with the kids, we had a nice time. Good price, pool and hot tub great! Rooms were spacious and the staff who cleans the rooms and gives towels etc are very friendly!

I stayed 9 nights here and didn't have one problem. Housekeeping was punctual and always kept me stocked with the things I needed. Pool and hot tub were great as well! Greatly appreciated the warm breakfast and fresh fruit in the mornings!

Front desk girl was very unprofessional like she didn't want to be there
