Today walgreen pharmacy charge me $16 for two copies of passport sizes photo.just Robbery!

Prescription was sent in two days ago still havent gotten around to it. I called to see if there was an issue. I was on hold for 20 minutes so i just gave up.

Getting the pharmacy to answer the phone is harder than inventing a cure for covid. Today I was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. Two days ago, I waited an hour on hold before I gave up. I know people are really busy these days, but an hour on hold? When I finally called and got the manager to transfer me to the pharmacy, they told me the delay was a computer glitch. That’s total BS. I never had this problem with Duane Reade. I will never shop at ANY Walgreens on Staten Island again. Especially THIS unprofessional uncaring pharmacy. All my scripts are now with Rite Aid. You are risking your life if you think the pharmacy here is remotely professional.
