The Bike Hub, Jersey City

Came in for fenders and came out with basically a new bike! The friendly staff walked me through the installation process and what type would be better for my bike. They cleaned up the back rack and fixed a problem I had with my brakes at no extra charge! I'll definitely be doing my bike needs shopping here from now on.

This is the most awesome place! Their Customer Service skills and the way I was treated was extraordinary. Buzz, Julios and Shea did not disappoint. Buzz even helped me by delivering my bike to me. This is the best bike shop ever! Julius is the sweetest guy: he taught me everything about bikes while fixing my flat tire and totally made my day! I highly recommend this place.

Had an amazing experience at the Bike Hub. I walked in looking for a bike and Buzz was so patient and answered all my questions, even though there was a big chance I wouldn't be buying a bike from him since the last bike he had might have been a bit small on me. He explained everything to me and let me take it for a test ride. He even encouraged me to go to other stores and check out other bikes before choosing a bike (don't know many people that would be ok with you walking out of the store and potentially buying somewhere else). He suggested changing the stem on the bike so that it would fit my measurements and it made a big difference. I went to another store to try another bike, but ultimately came back to the Bike Hub and bought the bike (with the new stem) - and it is a perfect fit! The bike is amazing and I love riding it and I am so grateful to Buzz and Julius (if I remember his name correctly) who helped me so patiently with everything I needed. My next bike (which will hopefully be in a long time) will definitely be from The Bike Hub!
