I'm a frequent rider of a decent bike with a Shimano 105 groupset . Fairly good quality bike I've had for about 4-5 years. I'd been having problems with my gears shifting properly for a couple of years I took the bike to another bike shop 3-4 times for tune ups, but the problem persisted.nnThis time, I decided to take the bike to Campus Cyclery since the store is on my way to work. I picked up my bike from Campus Cyclery on Thursday and rode over the weekend; and, WOW!, the problem was fixed! Smooth gear changes front and back and no chain noise.nnWhat a relief. Thanks Campus Cyclery!
Excellent store, great employees. Good purchasing experience (bought two electric bikes here) and follow-up repair and maintenance, some of which covered by warranty. Employees act like real people, don't push sales on me, are very helpful and will entertain any questions. Highly recommended.

This place is made of great and knowledgeable people selling excellent quality equipment at competitive prices. Every time I go into this shop , usually with some kind of bike trouble that I’m ill equipped to handle, they take great care of me and my bike. They even took the time to teach me how to change a flat. I can’t recommend them enough.
