DoubleTree by Hilton Fairfield Hotel & Suites

I usually love this hotel (great customer service and clean/comfortable rooms) but the last 3 times we’ve stayed here there have been shabbat dinners with dozens of people not wearing masks running through the hotel. No managers or staff seem to care or say anything. Sadly, won’t be staying here again

Do not come to this hotel! I wish I read the reviews from a week ago about this hotel they absolutely do not have a mask mandate so if you are worried about getting COVID stay some where else. There was also a convention this weekend (we didn’t know) and no one wore masks. I complained several times to management and they didn’t care. How can this be acceptable?

The staff there was very polite and professional. No complaints would recommend good food good service ☺ufe0f

DO NOT stay here if you’re hoping to stay safe from covid-19. The hotel has consistently permitted groups of hundreds of people to walk around the main floor without wearing masks. Hilton is promoting how much they’ve done to provide a “clean stay”, but it was certainly the least safe I have felt in an establishment since the beginning of the pandemic. In order to exit the lobby I had to pass at least 40 people walking around maskless. There was clearly no concern for the other people staying in the hotel and I would have expected much more. I’m extremely disappointed.
