I booked a room with a king bed days in advance. On the day of my stay I was even given the option to chose my room through the app. When I arrived, I was given a completely different room and downgraded to a queen sized bed. The front desk lady, Savana, told me that I was lucky to get a room and if I didn’t like it then I could find somewhere else to stay. I asked to speak to the manager, Blake I, and instead received his business card. I wrote him an email and he never responded. I left a message through the Hilton app and I have not received any response in return. Will never stay here again and will never book a Hilton hotel again. There are better places to stay that are cheaper and actually care about their customers.

I had an unexpected business trip come up. I had to make plans fast and hoped for the best with my hotel choice. I've stayed in lots of hotels. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent find! I appreciated the kitchen and being able to stay in after a long day . I hope to be able to enjoy their other amenities when I'm back in town again. Very clean, friendly and professional staff.

Good and bad things about this location: The room itself is beautiful, full fridge is a great amenity to have as well as the kitchen set up. Spacious and the open concept of shelves are ideal. However; for staying the very first night our blinds got stuck and (understandably) there was no maintenance at night but was given no phone call in the morning that they were planning on having someone come back up to service it (A manager/front desk person originally came up) We wound up taking care of the issue ourselves after having to climb up on the window. The staff while very friendly questioned (quite rudely) who I was with while walking through the lobby after having stayed there 3 days at this point. We did enjoy the breakfast/beverage area.

Rooms were very clean. Hotel followed covid 19 guidelines. Pool was open, but you had to reserve at check in (due to covid). So only one family at a time for 45 min. per day. Hotel was really accommodating in making sure we got a slot. Continental breakfast available too!

I had an unexpected out of town visitor and needed a place for them to stay. With the current pandemic, we decided on this hotel since it’s brand new and it would (hopefully) meet our cleanliness and overall Covid safety expectations. And it sure did! The place is super clean, has a home like feel, close to a shopping mall and easy access to major highways and NYC. The staff is very warm, friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend this place if you’re ever in this area.
