Holiday Inn Totowa Wayne

Room was clean & smell really good. (A+) Service was good (A+). Hotel looks old fashioned & plain. Was a bit of a hassle to find but overall it wasn’t a bad experience!

Check in & check out was easy. It was hard to find the location and the parking lot was small, but there’s more parking underneath. Our cards didn’t work, but the front desk gave us a new one with no problem. We didn’t stay for breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but we did get food from the bar and it was fine. The stairs did have a weird smell but everything else was fine. The bed was comfy, AC worked well, and the room was clean.

Under construction but very accommodating

Had a family emergency and made last minute reservations through IHG. I can say I was very pleased with the service the accommodation, the property and the area. I have too be back soon and this will be my first and only choice. Directions and request were followed too the letter. I have elderly handicapped parents that were with me and everything was at ease and correct. Thank you for everything. Mark

They have great service. The breakfast is awesome and really good, got numerous options. The beds were very comfortable the rooms were damn near spotless
