Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Totowa

Lucky I'm even giving 2 stars, check in took 2 hours, I finally get to my room and they say only room available is a single bed handicapped room which judging by how empty the place is I'd wager otherwise. I get stuck in a room next to these sketchy sounding Ukrainians and to make things worse when I go out to smoke I have people in a car yelling at me. Then I wake up to go to work today and we have csi here along with a medical examiner, a borough detective, and about 8 other police cars. This is only a few of my complaints I wont even begin to explain how terrible the room was.

Staff Miguel called me racial slur because when I came no one was at front desk for over a hour and half so we argue n he call me n*993r

No clean , no breakfast, no coffee. I know it's covid but at least you got coffee.

Nice but too pricey. ESPECIALLY during renovating

Horrible customer service experience.
