Bikeland in West Caldwell is a dream come true. My son's bike was in and out of the shop quickly with new brake pads, adjustments to brake cable, handle bar, chain adjustment, and new grips. High quality service for a great price from honest staff. Thank you, Bikeland!

All the staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and had amazing efficacy! I recently acquired a Shwinn Sidewinder from a friend thats condition left much to be desired. After visiting several shops which either did not have the proper parts, queue for repairs was too long, or quotes were too expensive I had called it for the day. I happened upon this shop as I was heading to another place in that general direction. After calling (no appointment necessary), they said to come in to take a look at the bike. The associates initial assessment indicated the bike would need a tune up and replacement of some hardware in order for it to perform to its full potential. Unfortunately I could not afford the full tune up so he offered to replace the right pedal and crank for a very reasonable rate. Not only did he replace those items but went above and beyond in re-aligning some parts as well as rewiring my breaks to make it as street ready and safe as possible! Could not recommend in higher regards, my only complaint is that I wish this shop was closer!!

Brought my bike here to fix brakes .Turn out to be a simple issue which got fix it in 5 min ,gave a quick tune up to the all bike and at the end ii did not get charged for their services .Also i bought my Jamis at Bikeland a few years ago and i am very pleased with the bike .Professional service with people who know their product.Shop here knowing that if you need service for your bike you will be professionally taking care of.
