Gopowerbike

Bike is OK for the price, but company is not worth the trouble. The gear selector indicator broken when delivered. Gear changer needed adjustment. Company would not honer warranty when charger failed after just 60 miles of use. Sited a policy about buying from reseller having a shortened warranty, but would not provide the published policy. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Edit: This was a new purchase, and the company knows it. I provided a copy of the receipt to them. The price they quoted is incorrect and they know it as they have a copy. I purchased a compatible charger from Amazon for 1/4th their discounted offer.nEdit: GoPowerBike has decided to replace the defective charger. Their position has changed slightly. At first they claimed my bike was not under warranty because it was purchased from a third party, then that I purchased it used, and finally I purchased it from an unauthorized seller. The bike was purchased from Groupon and I believe was sold and shipped by GoPowerBike. The box was unopened printed with their logos and showed their address on the shipping label. The manual was included and all packaging materials appeared to be as new from the factory. I did not keep the box, so I cannot provide pictures. GoPowerBike admits selling through Groupon, but claims my bike was not from them. I offered to provide SN so they could track the seller down, but they were not interested. Regardless, after an AG complaint GoPowerBike has agreed to honer the warranty and I have a replacement charger, which has a different brand label, but appears to be a functional replacement. I've upped my rating, but cannot give a good rating as it should not have been this difficult.

So I bought the GoSpeed from these guys and not only is it legitimately an amazing bike, the customer service the company has is also pretty high up there. I emailed about extra parts and within an hour of emailing the first time, I had the tracking info for the extra parts I wanted. I have no complaints about my purchase thus far. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a versatile, durable electric bike (or two).
