While in the process of selling our home, the buyer's inspection report revealed degraded attic insulation. Our family needed prompt service to remove the degraded insulation and add new insulation before the closing date. CityTop Roofing quickly assessed the problem and proposed the solution which was consistent with what the buyer's home inspector uncovered. We got a quote from another insulation company, but the scope of work was more than what we needed and at a significantly higher price (approximately 75% higher than CityTop Roofing). CityTop delivered timely, respectful service and cleaned up when they were finished. We recommend this company!

I would highly recommend City Top Roofing, they installed gutter guards and were very professional throughout the whole process from the quote to completion of the job. They provided pictures along with the quote and even made me aware of some chimney repairs (along with pictures) that I was not aware of. I really like that this was presented as informative and not like some sales pitch, however I will be contacting them to have these repairs done as I was most impressed with their professionalism, value, and quality of their work.

I am a very picky realtor, and even pickier homeowner. I have a mid century modern home with a very visible roof, as my property is hillside. The old roll roof was always high maintenance. I had to re-coat it with aluminum coating every couple years. I did a lot of research and asked a lot of professionals about silicone roof products and the distributor referred me to City Top. There is a lot more involved than just applying the silicone. My roof needed pressure washed, and a primer base coat to prevent the old roof color from bleeding through new silicone. Then they sealed every perforation and seam with sealant and then applied a pro grade light gray silicone roof coating. The roof’s appearance is gorgeous, and water literally beads off it. I highly recommend City Top. They are a top-notch company.

I have known the owner for a few years and I can honestly say that he is reliable, honest and seeks to perform his job with excellence. His team is a great group of guys with similar values who purpose to leave the customer satisfied with a job well done. They have great hearts and truly seek to provide a good experience and great service. I highly recommend CityTop Roofing not only because they will perform the job well but also because they treat the customer right!
