O'Brien Home Improvement came into our city with a promise of installing a security door on 6-18-2018 the job was to be completed within two weeks. My husband called Mr. Napier a week and a half ago he promised the door would be completed by this Wednesday 8-8-2018. Unfortunately Mr. Napier is not to be trusted, his word is not any good. A very unsatisfied customer .
This is the worst company ever. They did terrible work and never cleaned up their mess. Communicating is not something that this company does. At all. Several calls were made to get them to come clean up their mess and they never even returned our phone calls. After 3 weeks we decided that we would bring all the extra siding and trash that they left at our house to their office since we were unable to use our outdoor space because of it. Jody O'Brien shoved my girlfriend and called both of us names. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Do not hire them for anything. You would be better off picking up some heroin addicts off the street to do the work for you.
