We were in for Valentine's day. The place was generally a little dirty. The elevators and hallways had plenty of debris and needed a vacuuming. Not bad, not ideal. The thing that made me come write the review though: the pillows. They were awful. Went flat and a dinner plate when you put your head on it...and I'm not even a big human at 5'10 160. Bring your own pillow!
The pillows were ridiculous completely unsupportive. It made getting a night's sleep impossible. The pool and hot tub were already fully reserved before we checked in.
Enjoyed our stay immensely! Friendly staff and very swift service! Pretty property and area. Quiet. Great family place. Very dog friendly. Neutrogena hygiene products. Suites are spacious and well equipped. Full kitchens. Our Sailor is newly stationed in the area, and we were able bring some home cooking to him and have family meals and a visit that included his dog!nCOVID precautions in effect... Everyone was masked, hand sanitizer dispenser available in the hall, breakfast items were individually wrapped, grab n' go, markers in the breakfast area to allow for distancing and directional flow.
Clean and well-appointed. Very easy to book same day reservation. Friendly and accommodating staff. Will visit again.
Not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Booked a one bedroom and was only given a studio. The room had crumbs on the tile floor and carpet. There was a stain on the couch. The fridge drawers were not clean. Both the alarm clock and remote had dust/film on them. Bathroom wallpaper was ripping and moldy. Cracked tile in the shower. Ended my two week stay after only two nights.
