We enjoyed The Inn Downtown. It met our needs for privacy and their attention to detail and quality. The perfect place to walk to the galleries, the theatre and so many restaurants. What a wonderful weekend.
We booked last minute for our 10th anniversary and I had been eyeing this property for a future stay, We took a chance and a room was open for that weekend! We are now hooked. Doug was very kind and professional when booking and all the instructions for entry were clear and easy to follow. It is a contact-less check in style and we loved it! The room was large, stylish, well thought out and very comfortable. Beautiful access to a walk able Portsmouth. We had a great time. We will without a doubt stay again and look first to book his other properties when we're in those areas.
The inn downtown is amazing. It feels like your in your own condo. ThIs place is beautiful. The location is perfect for downtown Portsmouth. If you are thinking of staying in Portsmouth this is the best choice. Also very reasonably priced compared to other places.

Private, quaint, modern — incredible stay. Beautiful rooms, and in the most ideal location. Check in and out was effortless and parking onsite was a bonus. We will be back!
