In need of an evening away, my girlfriend and I recently booked a night at the last minute.nnOur stay was excellent because Cody at the front desk is a hospitality Jedi. From start to finish he was friendly, helpful, and professional. The location of this hotel is super convenient, and the room was clean; however, the reason we will we will go back is because of his impeccable service.
Nice room. Staff pleasant. Had to park in garage across the street. Limited street parking. Pillows too soft.
Stayed here during Thanksgiving 2020, in the middle of the Covid pandemic. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the location was exceptional. Room cleaning was limited to once during our 9-day stay, but fresh towels and other supplies were available from the front desk on request.
This is a very good hotel. Check-in was a breeze and our room was clean and fresh. On-site parking is limited but available. The staff was immaculate. We had left an expensive jacket in the closet when we checked-out so we called the front desk. They had the jacket and used our card on file to Fed Ex it to our home address in New Jersey. This was very satisfying that would do this for us. The jacket was new and meant a lot to its owner, ME! I would stay here again.
I normally love this Hotel but it has been disappointing lately. The valet is no longer available but if you park in the hotel spots that the valet used to use, you can an automatic charge on your bill. Also the room I was first assigned had a hole in the wall. Not an impressive stay. I may switch to a Marriott Amex. We'll see how they treat me.
