Awesome, entire team was amazing from start to finish. They are organized, punctual, professional. From the time Rodrigo the salesman came to give us an estimate to the time the entire project was completed was less then 10 days. They arrived when they said they would, did an amazing job and made sure everything was cleaned up after. Chris our project manager kept us up to date on everything. Very happy would definitely recommend.

I hired Southers Construction for a very straight forward metal roof install on a cape. They began on 12-15-20. As I am writing this the job is still not complete.The only consistent thing with Southers Construction is their inability to show up when they say they are going to. I have voiced my concern and issues with the quality and was told by the Project Manager that my complaints are nothing in comparison to other issues they are facing. I received several quotes and unfortunately went with Southers after my initial impression, and reviews I had read online. I truly believe all of these reviews giving them 5 stars are friends and family. They are the most unprofessional construction company I have ever dealt with. If they ever right all of their wrongs I would be highly surprised. Steer clear of this company if you are considering hiring them for a metal roofing job.

You can tell this company really cares about their customers, from the workers to the customer service, the sales rep and project managers. We had Nick as our Project manager, he was always checking in whether he came by or through the phone which was much appreciated. We absolutely love how the vinyl came out, they even hid the seams the best they could so it looks smooth. There was an unforseen hiccup that was no ones fault but even still, they took care of it no problem no questions. I highly recommend Southers and Nick! Thank You all so much!

Hi, my name is Ravi.nI called southers Construction to do a small siding repair. I think we had one of those bad wind storms and the previous roofer had trouble attaching the siding back properly. It was a small section. Maybe 4ft x 4ft.nnThe work was meticulous, and Tyler, the installer worked with me to find a solution. He asked if i had siding that matched, if i didnt get could get some. It was sooooo windy thay day and he still was trying to get my siding fixed. Unfortunately because the place the siding came off was on the top of an eve..and there was virtually no space to walk safely he offered to go all the way back, get a hook ladder and meticulously repaired my siding to it wouldn't blow off again.nnWow. What a great company. Tyler is alot of fun, he is open to trying anything you might suggest.nnYes the price estimate was a tad higher than i expected...but the owner Ricky watches things carefully and if he thinks it needs a tweak, hes nice enough to accommodate.nnBut overall, it was worth the price. Yes i could have spent less ,but i probably would have had a headache with another company. Its just not worth taking chances with your house. Pay once...forget. And you can even use the price of the repair for a new siding project.nnGreat job Tyler! At southers construction
