This place is excellent! Super cute, clean, and comfortable rooms at an affordable rate in the middle of town. The staff was super kind to me. I called the front desk to see if they had any toothpaste as I forgot to bring some on my trip. The owner himself went to pick some up for me at a local convenience store and dropped it off at my doorstep in less than 10 minutes, Free of charge! Amazing hospitality. Thank you!

We have been staying in this area once a year for the past 12 years and this has been the most disappointing stay. After reading the reviews and knowing the location we were excited to stay here for the first time. I reserved online for 2 adults and 2 children for Fri - Mon. When we entered the room, we realized there was no place for our 2 kids to sleep. They switched our room to another room only for us to realize that room was already occupied. The gentleman (who just arrived as well) was kind enough to take our original room so that our kids had a sofa bed to sleep on. But now we are on a 2nd floor and if you read the reviews and look at the website, you know they do not usually place families on a 2nd floor because of the noise level. Knowing this, we tried diligently to whisper and tip toe around so as not to disturb anyone below us. I received a phone call the next day saying the occupants below us complained they couldn't sleep and that they are previous guests. Hmmm, what does being a previous guest have to do with anything? Shouldn't we all receive the same level of service? We were whispering, tip-toeing, and in bed by 9pm for 2 nights. On Sunday, we were then told we had to check out at 11am and check back in at 3pm as they were switching our room to finish out our stay until Monday. Our reservations at Cranmore Mt didn't start until 1pm, what were supposed to do? Pack up our car, change into our snow gear in the car and drive around for 2 hours? We were beyond frustrated so I went back to the front desk asking if they could extend the check-out time until at least 1. They now indicated that the room we have to switch to will be cleaned first and we should not have to wait until 3pm. Thankfully, it was done by 10am so we were able to switch rooms without having to pack up our car. Needless to say, an extremely disappointing weekend. If you are booking online for more than 2 people, I highly recommend you call to ensure they are putting you in a room that can actually accommodate all in your party. Aside from that it is a great location and the rooms were nice.
