Hotel is very nice. The room was clean and staff friendly. We paid for the Mountain View and it was stunning. The water park is not worth it for older kids, but great for little ones. Our kids 12 and 14 lasted about an hour before they got bored. You are also not allowed to use the water park after your checkout time for those thinking you could get extra time. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels as the ones they provide do not cover larger people very well. They had a nice Easter egg hunt for the kids on Easter morning for all kids.
Rooms: Very clean, cute. Does the job well. No complaints here.nStaff: Friendly and polite, didn't have a single issue with anyone. Appreciate all their effort during the pandemic.nRestaurant: A bit pricey but good food and what you'd expect from a hotel. Service is good and tables are clean.nWater park: Very fun! Clean, organized, good life guards and a great great place for kids to play.nArcade: Only reason I'm deducting a star. It's a scam, dont bother. Most games barely work and will take your coins anyway.nnOther than the arcade, great stay!
I am taken back to see that this is only a 3 star hotel as it truly should be much higher! The view from the resort (and of it!) is breathtakingly beautiful, the room was large, well kept, and very clean, the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff there were very professional, courteous, and helpful (they even opened.their little store near the front desk for us at 11pm when we had a chocolate craving!!)! I highly recommend staying here, not only will the indoor water park provide hours of fun and entertainment, there is a beautiful village surrounded by mountains with tons of shops and restaurants to check out, along with a bunch of various shopping outlets nearby for places like Nike and Under Armour amount many others, and there is also plenty of outdoor activities to do as well so there's something for everyone!
Our stay here was ok, this resort needs big improvements and updates. We had issues with our bathroom, we had to call maintenance. Front desk staff not in same page. We were a little confused with some of the information provided. The water park was very nice and appeared clean. The kids in my party had a great time.. Housekeeping staff were very nice and accommodating. Will probably stay there again.
Rooms need some serious updating. No microwave or coffee brewer. For weekday pricing of $250.00 I would expect to be able to make a cup of coffee or heat up leftovers. Food was just okay. We ordered breakfast and after that first meal went off hotel for the meals. The water park was small but enough things for my 3 year old to do. The one thing my daughter got a rash from the chemicals in the pools. The arcade was tiny and ate our coins. Checking out was rough because they only had a few luggage carts for the entire hotel. I had to make a bunch of trips to the car parked pretty far away. All in all the Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg Mass is so much better. Such a bigger water park and more family related things to do.
