Cutest quaintest motel we’ve ever stayed in as far as motels go. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating and we really appreciated the cleanliness and had such a great stay. Highly recommend!!
This is the second year we have Stayed at the School House Inn for our Saco River tubing adventure. Its quiet but on the main strip. Small enough so it’s private and not commercialized. Older but Clean, simple, not frilly and affordable. Little porch to sit on. Clean In ground pool that’s not crowded. It’s owed by a nice family who are very accommodating. Royce the son helped us get tube rentals after ours got cancelled by Saco River Camping area even though they took our money. He even picked me up at the end of our tubing trip and brought me to our car to get the others in our party. You will see Royce and his family around the Inn working. It’s nice to see his commitment to his family and the Inn. Thanks Royce , Ann and the Bellini clan
The front desk lady was extremely nice, and the room was very comfortable and clean! We stayed here for a week and the price was very affordable for such a nice room. We definitely recommend staying here!
For cleanliness we give this place a zero. I don’t mind old places but cleanliness is our priority especially with covid times and obviously it’s not theirs.
