Nice, comfortable room. Calm decor. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Hair found on the floor, and not just a couple stray strands. The trash can was not completely emptied. Customer service at the desk very helpful and courteous especially Alex! He was nice enough to print out some takeout menus for us, and give us an extra blanket.nThank you Alex!
Booked a deluxe with a king. Received a double queen. I had paid extra for this room. Bathrooms had mold on ceiling due to bathroom fan not working. Phone did not work in the room. Tried to resolve issues at desk but was told because I booked online i needed to call and confirm. Hotel did not even try to resolve or work with me just blamed me for booking online and not calling them.
Not a bad hotel at all. Clean with a good basic breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to everything. Pool and hot tub were a plus and good after a day at the slopes.
The rooms were well worth the price. Most of all the customer service was exceptional! Thank you.
We were traveling with a group. At least 3 couples had issues. Our room was not clean, toothpaste on the bathroom faucet, gooey stuff on the counter, hair in the sink and bathtub. We had two queen beds, one didn't have a comforter, and when I pulled the sheet back, it was clear from hair and lint that someone had slept there. Obviously no one cleaned the room before we checked in and all they did was straighten up. For $200 a night, that was completely unacceptable. The very nice young man at the desk was super apologetic and nice and sorry. He put us in a new room, which seemed clean. One of our other group members had ants in their bathroom. Onenof the others found underwear in the sheets on the bed. Another had a smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling. The place was just dirty, in the hallways, everywhere. You would think with covid, they would be extra efficient, if they cared about the people paying hard earned money to stay there.
