Bob & Terry's Ski & Bike

Go to Bob & Terry's first! After searching around for heated ski boots - including the big 'fancy' store in town, Bob & Terry's had exactly what I was looking for! They even adjusted my bindings for free and charged my boots so that they would be ready the next day. My Rossignol boots are AMAZING. I should have gotten them years ago. Thank you Bob & Terry's!

These people are greedy and gruff. Was the only person in there and they were rushing me like they had somewhere to be. All I got was the $25 rental package and a helmet that they didng give me, for a grand total of $34. Today I woke up to see a $80 charge!?!? Rented them for a day and brought it all back on the same day. The cherry on top was when I told him to have a good day he rudely snapped back saying bye. People of the like don't deserve your hard earned money. No one likes suprise charges. They will be hearing from me.

Great service. I worked through Terry. Had my touring bike serviced and also purchased (initially on line, and then through B&T's because they gave me a much better price than Amazon) a high-quality child buggy trailer. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. My bike was tuned perfectly.

Disappointed been renting here for over 5 years we decided to do twighlight skiing and they charged us for 2 day rental even though we were only renting for 24 hrs ski company up the road didn't charge us 2 days for my daughter's snowboard since Bob and Terry where out of boards will not be returning here in the future
