Super 8 by Wyndham Scottsbluff

Staff was super friendly! Rooms were clean! Carpet could use replaced and the rooms are a little outdated. The little gal at the front desk was very very friendly and helpful and made the stay much more pleasant

Outstanding staff, over the top customer service. Got stranded in Scottsbluff for a couple days & and had to return to pick up my car @ Toyota. Ps I wouldn't trust Team Chevrolet to change a bulb. But these folks will always get my return business.

Be sure to make reservations and have them confirmed online. I thought I had and got there and the price was $30 more. For some reason the reservation didn't get to the motel.

Not even worth half the price!!!! Extreemly RUDE and unattentive staff.Room was dirty in several areas when we arrived, including a pubic hair next to the soap! Also the coffee maker was broken We were too tired to complain. They took care of that while we were gone the next day but removed the coffee condiment packets. I called to complain about it and was told I could come to the desk and get it.  If I wanted to go to the desk I would have gone up there to complain in the first place! She told me she was the only one there so she couldn't leave the desk. I thought that sounded reasonable until I noticed the housekeeping cart parked one room away from ours. Later we came back to a TV that had No volume no matter what we did! I called the desk several times and couldn't get anyone to answer. 20 minutes later after calling several more times I walked up to the desk outside our room I saw someone who looked similar to the front desk person. There had been extremely loud laughing from the next room and a voice that sounded like the front desk person. After I had been standing at the front desk for at least another 20 minutes she finally came back looking higher than a kite laughing and giggling with her friends from the room next to ours. She and her little gang of high friends tried to argue with me that it hadn't been half an hour. They shut up really fast when I said I had the phone logs to prove it! I had to flip out to even get her to listen. She wouldn't even look at the TV and offered to switch us rooms. We didn't want to deal with packing up. When I spoke to the front desk morning person about it, she acted like she could care less! She said she would tell the manager but I doubt she will!

Nice place to stay over night. Fairly good variety of food for breakfast. With covid-19 around pool is down at this time.
