Room and everything in it was spotlessly clean. Owner was an incredibly polite, accommodating host. Check-in during pandemic was efficient and safe. Highly recommended!!!
quite, clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for an evening. A hidden Gem! I will be back. single tractor parking but there is a truckstop just down the street. a Safeway on the other side, everything in walking distance. Thank you Arcadia Hotel!
Upon first arriving you can tell the place is a little dated but newly remodeled so that was fine. When we went to go lay down there was hair in the freshly made bed which is gross on its own. We had new sheets brought to the room and when we came back from the day out we found bugs in the bed. We called the manager up to our room and informed him we would not be staying and we needed him to refund the charge. He just kept repeating it’s not a bed bug. We don’t want to sleep with ANY bugs! We also pointed out the spoons in the coffee cups were not clean and we went out the door to leave. He then followed us to our vehicle to collect the key. We gave him the key and were on our way. I would not recommend to stay at this establishment.
Night lights. Home away from home atmosphere. Very hygienic.
Never got to the staying part. Got someone on the phone who was very rude and unprofessional. I had to ask him if it was the hotel. He told me that part, and when I ask him who I was speaking with, he told me I didn't need to know that.nThat was all I needed to hear to decide I could find a much friendlier place to stay.
