Service work was fantastic, technician was very knowledgeable and detailed about scope of work and provided a step by step process. Timeliness was spot on and finished product exceeded my expectations. Great work!
Stopped in today looking for a new bicycle. The sales person I talked with, Aaron I believe, was very helpful and friendly. He asked a few simple questions and had a recommendation for the bike I was looking for. A few hours later they had it ready for me to pick up. Can't wait to get it on the trails this spring. Thank you for a great experience.
My husband bought a second e-bike. Sales people were friendly, service not so much. Bike biz is about relationship building. He did not feel a friendly vibe at the Woodbury store.
It's a good store with lots of selection. We were there to look at electric bikes and the January wave of skiers were there so we couldn't get any help. Slightly disappointing but understandable given the season. We actually are in the market to spend several thousand on an E bike during the winter, we'll be back.
We are repeat customers...nnAaron, Woodbury, was super busy but took time to answer every question. We were not spending $5,000 on an Ebike, but we ended up spending $1,600. We were “looking”nBut ended up “buying”.nnAaron was a great ambassador for Eric’s and should be recognized for his customer relation skills.
