Very helpful staff members!
This is the second time I’ve visited this location where they’ve provided little to no customer service. I walked up to two employees chatting by the front door, one was a young black teen, the other a heavy set, mid-50s white guy. I stared at the white guy asking him about a certain product I was looking for, fatty ignored me while the other guy answered my question promptly and courteously. At this rate, I’m done visiting this garbage store. This just happened today about a couple hours ago.
One of my favorite reviews. Bill was exceptional with his knowledge and craft of fishing. We even share a few laughs! I am looking forward to my next visit with him!
Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Lots of good insights on products and their durability. Little pricey.
