Add on google says $65.00. When we went in the rate was $85. When we asked about it, the clerk said you had to book online for that rate and was very rude. I wasn’t the only person complaining. I don’t like to book online because I like to see the property first because you never know if the motel actually looks like it does online and if the neighborhood is safe. So I recommend going to the parking lot and booking online to save $20.

Everyone was fine until I checked out a day early l. It was more than 24 houra before my original check out time. I was told to contacting the booking site for a refund. Hotel attendant told them they wouldn't refund me because I didn't tell them the day before. That would have been 48 hours before my original check out . Desk guy lied to me and said hotels.com would get my refund when it was really the hotel as I paid there. Every other hotel I stayed at has had no problem not charging for the last night if you check out a day early which is 24 hours notice. I could have stayed at a hotel where I am a loyalty member but stayed here but it looked nice and was closer to the job. The lady who works there was very nice. I am disappointed that I was mispoken to and told the wrong information. I requested to speak to the manager or owner and was told I couldn't until Monday. No offers to have them call me earlier which most businesses would do. Sadly I will stay at a place farther away next time due to this.

Customer service was unenthusiastic. There are NO coffee or breakfast options which was surprising after staying in similarly priced hotels that offered hot grab and go options with no problem. The flickering bulb in the bathroom made it feel like an exciting horror movie, as well as the chipping paint on the door and displaced drain cover. There were light bulbs missing from fixtures. The bed was nice. The air conditioner was not working. In August.

Decent hotel. They are kind and were speedy at getting a room for me quickly. 4 stars is because its just a little older of a building that has that old hotel smell in the hallways and main area.

Nice attendants, very clean and new looking establishment and rooms. Safe area with food, gas, and shopping very close by. Rooms were clean, new, and spacious with all the amenities, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, private bathroom. A+ to this place. My only complaint was the refrigerator in the room seemed noisier than normal.
