Great service, although I shouldn't have had to come in the first place! Bike was tuned up, new chain, tunes, brakes last fall. First time out this year the chain kept coming off. Josh made it right. Fixed quickly. Really like this ship, just recommended to friend who is buying an ebike!

I bought a used bike from a personal sale. I’m new to biking and Derek was very helpful when I came into the store. Also, the repair guy(I didn’t get his name) was super helpful when I called to inquire about getting the used bike serviced. They were both so kind, and I was out of my element. I really appreciated that.

Once again Josh the Store Manager was helpful with getting me the bike I was looking to order. Josh, as well as Derek, are always a pleasure to work with and have definitely earned my return business.

We had a great experience here as first time buyers. We definitely recommend Erik's to anyone looking to buy a quality bike.nnWe came in to buy a recumbent trike for me, and they had the perfect one. A Catrike 559 in orange and black, my favorite color combo.nnWhen we walked in staff was busy and said they would get to us when they could. Perfectly understandable, and they did just that.nnThey helped to size the trike to me, and to pick a pair of riding shoes that lock onto the pedals. They also helped pick a few other accessories and were very helpful and knowledgeable.nnAt the end, they helped me figure out how to get it in my car. If you're wondering, a folded 559 will NOT fit the trunk or back seat of a 2018 Honda Civic SI 4door. Eddy was epic, and helped remove the tires and shift the bars so we could finally fit her in the SI, so I wouldn't have to drive home (1.5hrs) to get a truck. They definitely didn't have too, but did.nnWe dealt with Derreck and Eddy, both were knowledgeable and helpful.nnA word of caution, they sell quality bikes. So I wouldn't go in expecting to pay $100-150 for a bike. The average price we saw was around $1k and up to $5k+ for the motorized Catrike. My 559 was $3.2k and worth every penny!
