Denise stip was AMAZING!!! SHE TOOK HER TIME AND WAS SO PATIENT TRYING TO FIND JUST THE RIGHT RING FOR MY SIZE AND SHE FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!! KEATON CAME TO THE RESCUE AS WELL CLEANED THE RING I BOUGHT AND THE RING THAT WAS ON MY FINGER!!! THE RING WAS RIGHT IN MY PRICE RANGE AND I LEFT SO HAPPY!!! I AM GOING TO HE A RETURNING CUSTOMER!

My boyfriend bought a ring from St. Cloud Pawn America 2-3 years ago as a 10k gold ring with a ruby back drop and a .05k diamond set in the center. He decided a few months ago to sell the ring at the same store and was told that it was CZ in the center and not diamond. I Found the ring on St. Cloud Pawn America’s website, not only for a much higher price, but also being marketed, again, as a .05k diamond in the center. I can only assume he was purposely screwed over by PA, or that the jewelers at PA are not qualified for the work they are doing. Either way, not a smart way to run a business!! They have now lost our business forever!

Denise at Pawn America was extremely kind, helpful, and overall fantastic. I went to pick up a guitar for my sister and she helped me find a case for it and everything. Highly recommend!!

Terrible customer service! While I was here, I picked out an item at the main display case that I wanted. Trying to make eye contact with an employee to get their attention. Most employees were doing nothing but having casual conversations about non work related things. As I made my way up and down the display case to get a hold of someone, another customer walked up behind me. When I finally got someone's attention, he looked at me, put his finger up, said one second and passed me to help the customer who got there way after I did. He then bought the exact item I wanted. Furious I started to walk out and they said what can we do, knowing they did something wrong. With no resolution offered I left. Ill never shop there again.
