Nice little motel. Kind people at the front desk. Rooms were clean. Shower was hot and ample water pressure. I'll surely stay there next time I am in town. Thank you kokes motel!

Great little motel for my purpose. Just a place to sleep with a TV to watch before bed!nnRooms are well maintained for what they are, and the staff has been very friendly both times I've stayed. I'll be back again for more winter fun in the iron range area!
Quiet old mining town. This building fits the town it’s in. It’s older but small, quaint, and clean. Very affordable contractors rate around $40 a night. Friendly owners and staff. Very accommodating to customer needs. It’s a traditional mom and pop shop and your money goes directly to raising children, which is where I personally like to see it go.
