The place is outside Ely, it has some really great views as it is just by the white iron lake. Our room was pretty clean but the place looks old and needs some maintenance and we hardly found any staff in the entire lodge. You have to go to Ely to get food or anything else. We have made the reservation through Airbnb and the owner was very responsive.
The lodge is very spacious, well kept up and reminds of high end resorts in Europe. Boats and gear are available for guests. A very beautiful setting on a large lake.nnUnfortunately there is no restaurant in service. The staff is friendly, helpful and considerate of our needs. Excellent value. We booked through Airbnb
We have stayed here twice. They treated us like family. Excellent service and food. Amazing view.
