The Garage OTR Bicycle Service Shop

Amazing experience. While staying in OTR for a month, I damaged my bike after tangling with the trolley tracks. I diagnosed my own problem, but did not have tools with me. At 4 pm on a Monday, I walked in to the service area. Chris J. had a huge backlog of bikes, was working by himself, but put my bike on the rack immediately, confirmed my diagnosis and fixed it in about ten minutes. He tested the repair, lubricated the gears and chain. THEN, he charged me a ridiculously low price. I would have likely been without my bike for the rest of my visit if he had put me at the back of the line of his workload. Would definitely recommend The Garage OTR !!

Had my two Segway I2s serviced at Garage OTR. They gave them a complete overhaul, tuneup, and new tire kits. They run like new again. I rode them all over the Cincinnati Riverfront. It was a great experience.

Great place I just needed a bolt for my front tire he put it on and didn’t even charge me!

I stopped in today to get a repair made on my bike after an animal got I to the garage and wen to town on the braided steel lines. With everything going on with the pandemic, I expected to get my bike back in a few days and was fine with that. Instead, the guy working the repair rack there it up right in the spot and asked if I could stick around for a minute (though he clearly had plenty of work waiting for him). 15 minutes or so later, my bike was ready to go and the price I was charged was half of what I was expecting.nnReally a great customer-service experience and much appreciated. Two thumbs way up!

Great service, great prices, and knowledgeable employees. Also one of the few places that offers walk in service in the city. Couldn't recommend this place more.
