Reser Bicycle Outfitters

I am a beginning casual rider. One of my bikes is vintage and the other is far from top of the line. They both needed work - one fairly extensive work. The service was outstanding. They treated me fantastic and went out of their way to help me. I also purchased a bike rack. Great purchase. I would highly recommend Reser. I plan to buy a bike from them in the future.

I'm just getting into cycling with my family and thought this would be a great bike shop to start developing a relationship with, support a local Campbell County business, etc. I need to purchase some bikes and gear for my wife and I. When I called them this morning, I listened to the long recording about the store being closed to foot traffic, how that they were so busy that they must insist customers use the self-serve option on their website to schedule service or ask questions. So I did as asked... I went to the website and used the messaging option to ask a simple question that I couldn't find the answer for on their website. Well... It's going on 7 hours later during their business day and still no response. So to be clear... They won't talk to you over the phone... The store is closed to foot traffic and they won't answer you within a reasonable time period over the web... So how are you supposed to do business with them? I ended up calling another store, though out of town and 20min further away... Trek in Cincinnati/Blue Ash. However... An actual employee answered the phone, promptly answered my question and gave me the impression that they would really appreciate my business. So... Heading to Blue Ash. I hope Reser Bicycle Outfitters continue to have success with their shop, but if they are going to deflect phone traffic and push customers to use website messaging, some focus on a reasonably prompt response to a paying customer should be a priority. I guess if they are so busy that they can't even acknowledge a customer within 1 full business day, then they don't need any more customers or business than they already have.

Went for a bike rack and called ahead to see if they had any in stock. Spoke to Ryan on the phone who asked some general questions for fitment and said he had a few options and to come down. Went down and met with Ryan who took time to explain the different options and set me up with the perfect bike rack. When it comes time for a new bike I definitely know where I'll be going.

Awesome and talented staff. Great selection. I bought a bike that had a factory glitch. They took the time to diagnose with the factory and made the recommend adjustments and got me to my mountain bike vacation on time and without a hitch. Thanks guys!
