I don't live there, yet. But even during the application process I was in tears with how caring Holly Nixon is! She helped my family be approved to have a HOME and is going above and BEYOND anything I could've asked for in my family's greatest time of need. She's so kind and compassionate and judge-free. And to have that when it comes to obtaining a home for my 9 month old son is truly the best thing! Currently renovating the home we're hoping to move in to (maintenance man was friendly) and they're going a beautiful job! The community is very quiet and i'm excited about them looking into building a play ground. The application process was affordable, painless and so very fast (Holly broke the news to me herself and I danced and squealed I was so happy!) Great neighbors. Great place to live. Illegal dumping is a problem but they try to clean right away.
Quiet and peaceful a awesome place to raise a family has a lil problem with illegal dumping (red ford truck) and people buying many homes and renting them illegally(red ford truck) oh and than moving out and complaining..Good thing neighbors are getting together to report these problems. Illegal renting and dumping = huge fine!!
The place used to be family orientated. But was bought by a big Corp., Who are has almost doubled the lot fees, and make up fees as they go. I think they are trying to get ppl to move out so they can develop the land.
The yards are full of junk! The trash area looks like the city dump!
