Overall a great place to live! My wife and I first moved here back in 2019 and we absolutely loved the place! Our management team was awesome! Couldn't ask for anyone better! They answered all of our questions and always went above and beyond; only downside was they did not have a pool! But other than that, they have everything someone needs when moving out on their own. I would definitely recommend and would most certainly consider renting here again!
Such a great experience!!! Jamie and Muhammed are phenomenal property managers that are great to work with and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Also love having my own washer and dryer, saves me so much time and money. I just wish they had a game room for friends and family but that would have been closed anyway due to COVID-19. But overall facilities are kept clean and community is very welcoming.
Amazing management, something not easy to find nowadays. They truly care and value your experience living here. They do above and beyond, truly need an award.nnAmazing building, every unit has a washer & dryer, which for me is HUGEEEE. Also just beautifully built. These apartments are beautiful on the outside as well as on the inside.nnOverall, just a vibe to be here. :-)
Disappointed in my experience here. Parking was always a huge issue, unless you want to pay an extra $100 a month. I had a dog and it seems like nobody else wanted to leash their dogs outside and it got chaotic, there should be rules about having your dog on a leash on property grounds. Upon move out, despite my apartment being almost spotless, they took almost $300. Really really disappointed when my finances were already in rough shape and to have that taken from me is a tough hit.
I was very happy to find these apartments on my move to the state. I had several boxes arrive days ahead of me and management was kind enough to put them in my unit when I finally moved in since I came from out of state. Mohammed and Hammid (apologies for the mis-spelling) are incredibly helpful and friendly. The building is kept clean and is quiet. I love my new home!
