Had a home i this community for over 10 years. Was ready to move and the new group that took over management would not approve 5 different buyers for new residents. Ended up defaulting on loan to get out from underneath it. Management company told mortgage company that the unit was trashed in order to get them to write it off, but then sold the unit to a friend. Stay far away from this place. They are not honorable.

Go away place for family reunions graduation parties and get togethers
