Agree with many here. I lived here for many years and it was very well taken care of park back when it was family owned. Right now it's investment firm owned. They jack up rent every year by $30 now almost $40 a year. Now over $700. That is JUST ASSOCIATION FEES. You still need to pay the house, gas, electricity, etc. Services they provide are mediocre comparing to what it used to be. Management is rude and they don't stay long anymore. Changed about once a year. Sad because this could be great place.
I would not recommend this place they don't salt and clean of the streets well for changing almost 700.00 a month. They are increasing the reat 34.00 and for what water. Worse place to live look some other place i wish i would have never moved here.
Aweful place the landlord can walk into your room anytime they feel like it without notifying you 24 hours. Their excuse is they can't do it due to the lack of staff more like too lazy. It's sad that states like Minnesota won't protect your rights!
Lived here about 20 years when it was family owned by Pearson's and they treated you right and lot Rent would only increase once every two years and only went up 15 .00 -20.00 a month .But scene Cal -Am property took over the lot rent kept going up and up so lot rent is a little over $700.00 amonth .We had few mangers in the past few years they come for a year 1 or 2 then thay leave .
Good looking trailers, parks could use a little renovation, feels safe.
