Got my first covid vaccine today, and as I normally do with any shot, I fainted. I was in the chair outside of the the back room for vaccinations, and was instructed to spend 15 minutes at the store to make sure no side-effects were experienced. I felt myself fainting, and asked the lady next to me to notify the pharmacy that I was lightheaded. The lead/head pharmacist came up to me promptly to ask if I was alright, and I asked him for water. He hurried to grab a water, and checked back again a couple minutes later to make sure I was alright. I was pale and sweaty, but the episode began to pass, and I felt assured to have an attentive, caring staff on hand to care for me through this uncontrollable personal experience. Thank you to the pharmacy staff at this Walgreens location, and their customer-first mentality.

Of all the Walgreens locations I have ever visited for prescriptions, this one has been the best by far. The pharmacy staff has gone the extra mile for me, reaching out to my insurance when there was an issue, and the pharmacist always comes to the window to explain new medication procedures before sending out the meds. Staff is courteous and it is easy to know when your scripts are ready if you sign up for the app. Highly recommend!

Got a text at 10:57a saying prescription is ready. Get here at 12:40p same day and they can’t find a simple cream that they could have taken off the shelf. I told them I was on my break and they didn’t care. I was there about 20 minutes. They don’t respect people’s time. No explanation as to why I was waiting. 3 different people were running around looking for my prescription. No organization whatsoever.
