I would advise anyone first not to get caught into this trap of borrowing from them. Some workers are over worked which means they could careless bout the customers. Plus the district manager sounds like a book recording that's enjoying his position and could give 2 s**t's about a customer as long as he feels his employee was right. Good luck try6to resolve anything with him.
