Visited friends here. Some new and old homes. Very secluded, so you'll need private transportation to get anywhere. Dog friendly and many friendly dogs abound. Several nice playground opportunities within the property. No graffiti or overt illegal activities were observed.

Nice place, well kept. Could use more parking spaces for visitors. Clean streets.

Seems like a safe environment, children playing. Could use landscaping improvements.

This once was a wonderful community of folks, desiring to own and establish a credit life , making affordable life choices while bringing up children... The lots were nicely sized along with well kept properties , for the most part... Now the new owner has no connection to the Minnesota families or our desire to live peaceably minding our own ...but comes out of Chicago.. With that said has focused on squeezing in as many mobile homes he can fit and turning a once #1 mobile home park, into a section 8 low income housing dump reassembling the broke down sinking City of Chicago... raising the lot rent twice just this year alone... Water is not up to drinking standards& storm shelter often goes unopened during the most urgent of times... Management seems to go on a power trip turning lives upside down, each new one hired... Once was an animal safe community for children restricting Germans, Pitts, Rots & dobbies ... But now Pitts seem to be getting in along with other unstable breeds to have around children... There is potential here but at this point it's going down the tubes quickly ... I would recommend, unless single without children or young newly Weds attempting to start out and grow... I would not recommend Oronoco estates.... Families or elderly may want to weigh options very intelligently using discernment... I myself am thankful for my 10 years here... But the owners now, are sending this place into something all who precede their arrival are coming to regret.... Choose wisely.... Hope this helps

Daughter lives their. It is always quiet and most everyone keeps their trailers and property very neat. Very nice trailer park.
