While ownership/management has a lot of work to do with the condition of the property itself we were satisfied with our stay. It's 2020 nobody should be using those nasty patterned bedspreads any longer. Vanessa at the front desk is very friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
I was glad that I used a credit card. I stayed a Friday night and it was charged, no problem. Looked at my card and I was being changed again for Sunday. Froze it. Looked like a party was going on in the office. The room was freezing, the beds looked like someone had already slept in them was glad that I had my own blankets in my car. Slept on top of the bed. Was to tired to go somewhere else and the roads were getting icy.
The staff was very accommodating. Polite and always available if I needed anything. Cheap place to stay but right off 90 and gas station right next door but the owner or employee is very rude and follows you around like you're going to steal something.
This place is nice and quiet and I love the manager she don't miss a thing.
Very nice Front desk staff. Very accommodating, but I got in late so I didn't inspect the room until the morning. Tub and bedspread were dirty.
