Staff was very welcoming! GM was very kind and runs a great hotel. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Kids had a blast in the pool. Definitely would recommend!
Staff was polite! pool is heated! Was quite busy. There is a beautiful in wall fireplace in the lobby. Very nice hotel!
Nice rooms, great staff. But the pool was TERIBLE!nWe got a 2 rooms specifically to take the kids swimming and they couldn't even stand it for 20 min. Burnt there eyes & skin almost instantly! Was really damaging to there hair as well. 3 out of my 6 kids left and went back to grandma's house so I got conjoined rooms for nothing.
(2 weeks, 5 days stay) Week 1- a friend and I took a swim in the pool everything seemed fine. Week 2- same friend and her boyfriend and I decided to swim again. No warnings anywhere that they changed chemicals, caused us to have painfully red eyes. My friends couldn't see well for nearly 6 hours afterwards. On the day of check out- The supposed manager-walked right into the room at 1:30pm without knocking & demanded my boyfriend to leave. A late check out was set for 3pm. Everything was okayed the night before. Because I knew I had to work till 2pm and I needed time to get all my food out of the fridge to take back to my home. My boyfriend was planning to take a shower thankfully he was dressed. When addressing it at the front desk, no apologies of any kind were made. We find this rude and we want to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Best wishes to those who choose to stay there.
Rooms are clean, staff members are nice and helpful. Jessie is awesome :)
