Wasn't there
When a local entertainer books your venue for a show hosting 50+ and you offer said entertainer food service for the people attending the show and you DON'T deliver so we have to order from other businesses in my groups case we ordered domino's. It makes your business look horrific. Get it together and do what you say you're going to do.
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The staff was very friendly and professional and the accommodations from the room to the pool to the breakfast were excellent!
We stayed here on our way to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. We had a large group and needed 6 rooms. We called a few hours ahead and Jen in the sales dept. was very accommodating and was able to give us a great group rate. The check in process was super easy and we got everything we were promised. The hotel staff was all very friendly. The rooms are very clean. The restaurant had great food. The waitress at dinner and at breakfast were both fabulous. As a Spire member, I can say this hotel is doing a wonderful job. I would definitely stay here again.
The management company of this property has prohibited staff from actually enforcing the state and chain mask mandates so this hotel is free for all of maskless faces. I actually opted to cancel my stay after encountering defiant guests at check-in and in the halls. I have probably stayed at IHG hotels over 200 nights in my life and I have never walked out on one before. The onsite staff seemed sympathetic to my complaint but again are prohibited from enforcing mask mandates.
