Not a great place to stay. The new girl Ashley at the front desk was pretty rude as well. When asking her questions that concerned my stay she picked up the phone and blatantly ignored me even tho we were in the middle of a conversation. I then asked about rewards and how I could get started. She said she doesn't know how and that I can just come back at a later time.... She doesn't care whatsoever about the people that stay here and her attitude defiantly let's you know.
Everything was nice and people were friendly. At breakfast we asked for decaf coffee. We could see that she wasn't making it yet so we went to our room and showered and packed. Then we went back to the breakfast area and still no decaf. She said she would make half a pot and it would be 15 minutes. We ended up waiting 1-1 1/2 hours. Other than that everything was great.
I travel with my little dog and this AmericInn is the perfect place for us to spend time with my girlfriend
☹The woman who was hotel manager needs to work on her phone etiquette and needs to pay more attention to detail when doing check-ins Long story short.nWarning!nBeen just an Absolute Headache dealing with this pre paid card issue. The Manager accepted my card at check in and then I get a call days later saying they do not accept prepaid cards..and that I must come pay for my stay in cash!
Bed was good, shower hot, breakfast good, nice people. What I expected from an Americinn.
