Pine Village Mobile Home Park

My wife and I have been living off and on in the park since 2010. We rented when Jerry Nelson owned the park. The new park owners Brakemeire Properties are very nice and they have a staff of maintenance people that are great! We've owned our own home now for a few years and our neighbors are really nice and helpful. To address the cost increase each year, I can understand it and think it's fair, after all, costs of trash pickup keep going up as does the sewer costs both of which are included along with our water. I do agree that new roads would be nice, but they seem to repair the potholes each year. They also do a nice job plowing in the winter. Many of my wife's relatives live in the park as well. I was able to get a new roof on my carport at a fraction of what other companies were going to charge. They never told me that I couldn't have another company do the work. And the park did an awesome job. I do know that not everyone is accepted after applying, and really, I'm happy for that since I've lived in some parks that were less than nice. All in all, I love Pine Village. Keep up the great work and how about putting in a pool, sauna and whirlpool. I'd be willing to pay more for that, that's for sure! LOL!

Have family that have lived here for over 30 years. Nice and quiet.

We had friends who lived there years ago, it seems like a nice park, but the pet limit, it leaves us out to even look. Our pup is 20# Shih Tzu/Bishon mix, and barely barks.
