My family and I stay here once to twice a month for the whole weekend. I have had issues in the past with Tammy. But this past weekend was the worst by far. I will not continue to spend the money I do for a family get away over the weekend if I have to deal with this disrespectful person. From the time I checked in she was disrespectful and making side comments about whether or not I will be a good customer. I stay here one to two times a month for the last three months and never any problems from myself or family. Not only are her comments disrespectful but the way she treated my self and family is not acceptable. She should not have a job in customer service or deal with customers if she can't even show simple respect let alone actually take care of a customer who stays there as much we do. If I ever have to deal with Tammy acting like that towards my family and I I will not go here again. On a positive note place is amazing and so are the rest of the staff.

1 bad experience with the front desk staff really kind of soured what should have been a fantastic stay. We stayed overnight to see family for Easter. The day of checkout, I asked the front desk woman if I could leave my car there until 5pm so we would t need to drive 2 vehicles from the hotel. She looked at me and said, “well it’s private property.” I asked does that mean no? And she just stared at me kind of annoyed.nnI get it. They don’t have to extend a courtesy like this, but great businesses look for reasons to say yes, instead of ways to say no. And when you must say no, you do it in a friendly way. Hey I would understand. It’s not a huge deal, but the delivery and her attitude made the whole experience worse. Like everything about this hotel except the people, and people make the difference. This is why when traveling for work I always stay at Marriotts. You get consistency in people. I will not be back.

I'm homeless and sleep in my car and saved up for a 2 night stay to get out of the bitter cold 2/8/21 and 2/9/21 the room was great and the staff was good except for the women working the morning of 2/10/21 when I checked out. The women accused me of sneaking a dog in and stared at me coldly for a solid 2 mins before finally checking me out. Because of this woman I will not be back. I will go anywhere else. Or freeze. It's embarrassing to be accused like that in front of people and if she truly thought that she should have checked the cams and billed me. That was unacceptable and terrible customer service.

Very new, clean, very good service, very, very reasonable. Good free breakfast. Polite, helpful staff. Nice pool, hot tub and exercise facilities! Highly recommend!
