The thing I loved the most is that Renda knew exactly what the insurance company needed and listened fir what I wanted and needed. She made this project seamless and even fun! So very professional! She truly cares about the customer and communicates with her customer in a straightforward and authentic, honest way.nnHer crew was a cohesive bunch... happy and efficient. When the job was done and the crew left you could not tell we had a construction project going on that week. Everything was picked up. No trash anywhere. The dumpster arrived right before the project began and left very soon after the project was done.nnThis was the smoothest home improvement project I’ve ever been a part of. And I’ve done a lot of home improvement projects from landscaping to bathroom remodels.
We went with Renda and the RTR team for our new roof and gutters/gutter covers. She was not only fun to work with, but made dealing with insurance her main priority instead of ours. She was communicative, efficient, and delivered what she said she would when she said she would. Her crew cleaned up everything and were completely professional and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough!
We used Rhenda the roofer for storm damage on our home. She put on new shingles and siding on our home. Great experience! Nice to work with a company that shows up when they say they are! Hard to find good quality work these days, highly recommend!
Very responsive. Came out the day after I called to repair some separating trim, doing the job better than before, for a reasonable price. (before pic)
Renda and the crew were so responsive in replacing our shingles after hail. We think our new roof looks great! I also appreciate that she suggested some changes with our attic venting and fixed an issue related to water pooling by our chimney. I definitely appreciated this insight as I've never replaced a roof before.
